SAVE THE DATE!

We will be partnering with dozens of other churches to pack nearly one million meals for children in need all over the world. These meals change and save lives! Our Guatemala mission teams have seen children eating these nutritious meals!

What it means when you volunteer:

                -each meal costs less than a quarter
                -each volunteer packs $50 worth of food
                -$80 feeds one child for a year
                -all ingredients and supplies are funded 100% through donations
                -2019 goal is to pack 2,490 meals – entails raising $200,000 and having 3,000 volunteers

The weekend food packing event will occur October 16th -20th, 2019 at Good Shephard Lutheran Church in Manchester. Our shifts are listed below.

The River at Eureka assigned slots:
Sat Oct 19th @ 12:15-2:30pm: 40 slots
Sat Oct 19th @ 7:00-9:30pm: 20 slots

We will also have a Brass Band Concert on October 6th at 4pm in the Sanctuary to benefit this ministry ! There will be baked goods & refreshments available. Donations are free will and will benefit the Feed My Children ministry.
